How Agent ID works

1. Sign up once
Sign up at agent-id.com.au with your work email. Agent ID creates a stable identity that you keep for life — even if you change agencies, your Agent ID stays the same.
2. Pick how you operate
You can operate independently or join an agency. Independent agents bring their own logo and colour palette; agency members inherit their agency's branding (set once by the principal, applied everywhere). You belong to one agency at a time — leave to join another.
3. Connect products
When you sign into a connected product (Dome Agent first; many more to come) with Agent ID, you approve once. From then on, the product always sees your latest profile, agency, and verified status. Update your headshot once; it propagates everywhere.
4. Get verified (V2)
Earn the Verified Agent badge by completing FrankieOne identity verification and submitting your state licence number. Earn the Verified Agency badge by confirming your ABN, corporate licence, and trust account standing. Verified profiles unlock premium features across the ecosystem.
5. Stay in control
Revoke any product's access at any time from your dashboard. Export everything we hold on you as JSON. Delete your account with a 30-day grace period — every connected product receives a revocation webhook automatically.
