1. Acceptance

By creating an Agent ID account, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Agent ID is for licensed Australian real estate professionals, agency principals, and support staff. You must be 18+ and authorised to represent any agency you create or join.

3. Acceptable use

Don't share credentials, impersonate other agents, upload misleading branding, or attempt to access another user's data. Don't use the API to scrape verified-status data.

4. Connected products

You authorise specific applications to read your Agent ID profile via OAuth. You can revoke access any time at Connected products. Connected products operate under their own terms; we're not responsible for their handling of your data after disclosure.

5. Verified status

The Verified Agent and Verified Agency badges are issued based on FrankieOne identity and AML verification, ABR ABN verification, and state real estate licence checks. We can suspend verified status if any of these sources change (licence lapsed, ABN cancelled, identity verification rescinded).

6. Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend accounts for breach of these Terms; you'll receive notice and the right to respond unless suspension is required by law.

7. Disclaimer

Service provided “as is”. We don't warrant that Agent ID will be error-free or uninterrupted. Connected products relying on Agent ID claims are responsible for their own validation and cache invalidation.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are resolved in Melbourne courts.
